After a successful summer, our pop up tour of Edinburgh will be coming to a close at the end of October. We'd like to thank all our customers who have enjoyed the experience and, if you haven't yet, book now to bag a spot on one of our final tours.

What if I have an allergy or dietary requirement?

Whilst we endeavour to cater for as many requirements as possible, as a small business with constrained facilities, we are unable to meet all requirements. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.

Once onboard, each table has a QR code which can be scanned to see our allergens in more detail. This will be available from members of staff in hard copy if required.

Please do not hesitate to call or email us before booking should you have any questions or concerns.

How are the seats on the bus allocated?

Our high-end double decker buses have spacious layouts in their interior. We have tables for 4 and tables for 2 on each row. Ahead of each trip, the bus manager will prepare seating arrangements. You should expect to share a table with another group, particularly on busier services. We will endeavour to sit larger groups as close together as possible.

Does serve Alcoholic beverages or permit BYOB?

No, our sightseeing trip is designed to be a family friendly tour and no alcohol is permitted to be consumed on board.

Is there disabled access and ticketing available?

Yes, we do have a space for a wheelchair within the coach and our drivers are trained to securely fasten wheelchairs on our bus and you can enjoy our sightseeing tour and fantastic sites of Edinburgh, however unfortunately due to health and safety requirements, we will be unable to provide an afternoon tea to passengers requiring wheelchairs.

We recommend wheelchair users arrive 20 minutes before the trip departs to allow enough time for staff to ensure you are boarded and comfortable.

Can I hire the coach for private functions?

Yes, we are happy to offer the service for private hire. For more details please see the Private Hire section of our website.

Is this tour suitable for children?

Absolutely, welcomes families with young children and we offer a discounted child ticket.

Our modern buses have a seat belt at every seat. Please note we do not provide child seats but guests are welcome to bring their own, taking full responsibility for securing them if they do so.

We also have plenty of hold space for prams and any other extra baggage you may be carrying.

Is there commentary on the bus?

Yes, our sightseeing tour aims to offer our guests a taste of the rich and fascinating history of Edinburgh while they indulge in our delicious afternoon tea. The tour is in English.

How long does the tour last?

Our sightseeing tours last between 1 and 1.5 hours.

Is there a toilet on the bus?

Yes we have a toilet onboard. Note that this is unfortunately not accessible to those in wheelchairs, given the space constraints on board.

Is this a hop on hop off service?

No, catch the Superbus sightseeing tour from bus stop stance ZF on Waterloo Place with no intermediate stops.

Is it possible to change a booking once paid for?

Bookings cancelled with more than 7 days prior to departure will be offered a full refund less a 10% administration charge. For bookings cancelled within 7 days from departure, we will be happy to arrange to transfer your booking to a more suitable time, subject to availability.

Where does the tour begin and end?
